Create a sales order

Only Management/Admin can create an order. One quotation can be converted once.

Test-only quotations must be created in TEST ORDER mode.
Required for a real sales order. Test mode uses TEST-ONLY.
Create a TEST ORDER — no manufacturing or deliveryUse only for clearly marked TEST ONLY quotations. Test orders are locked to Test Order → Test Review → Test Closed.
Creating an order does not automatically launch production, issue a delivery, or email the customer.
